Withdrawing assets to your cold or hot wallet requires contacting our support team directly. Although we do not currently offer a GUI or automated withdrawal process, our dedicated support team is available to assist you in withdrawing your assets securely.
Does Comtrax provide tax reports for clients?
No, Comtrax does not hold customer assets, and therefore, we are unable to publish tax reports for our clients. Tax reporting is the responsibility of the exchange you are using. Many exchanges offer the option to generate tax reports through their dashboard, and if not available, you can contact the exchange directly for the necessary information.
